OFFICIAL LETTER 8073/DON-QLDN1 REGARDING FOREIGN CURRENCY SALE INVOICES

Official letter 8073/DON-QLDN1 regarding the foreign currency sale invoices as follows::

Based on the above regulations, if the company has transactions involving the sale of foreign currency to banks, the company shall issue invoices in accordance with the provisions of point a, clause 3, Article 1 of Decree 70/2025/ND-CP.
